The LBP Rewards Program comprises six Tier Levels, ranging from Gold to Diamond. Each level offers its members unique rewards, discounts and benefits. Levels are determined on a quarterly basis and are calculated based on your salon’s average monthly spend in the previous quarter. For example, if your salon spends $10,000 in January, $6,000 in February and $8,000 in March, your average monthly spend for the first quarter would be $8,000, which would classify you at a Ruby Tier Level for the second quarter of the year. Please see the chart below for more information on the various Tier Levels.
Salons are encouraged to work with their brand managers and account consultants to determine strategies for reaching the next Tier Level to increase their benefits throughout the year.
