Delivery

Currently, LBP-Pro only accommodates shipments within the continental United States: we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin islands. For international requests, please call our office during business hours Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm EST to see if an order can be processed to your requested country. Our standard carrier is FedEx and we only ship FedEx Ground to comply with aerosol shipping restrictions. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3 to 8 business days for shipping.  

Returns

Luxury Brand Partners offers a variety of products and services of the utmost integrity. All items purchased from LBP Pro may only be returned to Luxury Brand Partners. Luxury Brand Partners can only accept returns for unopened items purchased from pro.luxurybrandpartners.com and must arrive in good, re-saleable condition. All returns take 4-6 weeks to process in full and will be applied as a credit to the account to be used on future orders.

Luxury Brand Partners will issue a call tag to have the products shipped back at no expense to the customer. Luxury Brand Partners reserves the right to only accept customer returns or damaged products once every fiscal quarter. Please click here to complete a Return Authorization Form.
